Meet Our Committed Educators

A diverse team of professionals dedicated to breaking barriers and bringing quality learning directly to Afghan girls, wherever they are.

Zainab Yazdani is an educator with nearly a decade of experience in teaching and educational management. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kabul University and a master’s degree from the University of Pune, India, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Mathematics at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

Her professional experience includes managing a kindergarten in Helmand Province and Setaregan-e Zirak Private School, as well as teaching at several universities in Kabul, including Khatam Al-Nabieen University, Kateb University, Gawharshad University, Ibn Sina University, and Al-Mustafa University. She has taught specialized mathematics courses to students in Computer Science, Engineering, and Economics.

Ms. Yazdani currently teaches Mathematics and Physics at Fyza Education Institute, bringing her academic background and teaching experience to support the education and academic development of students.

Physics Grades 10 - 12 | Digital Literacy Grades 7 - 12

Nilofer Hashemi is an educator with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Gharjistan University and a master’s degree in computer networks from Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamadan, Iran. She also completed studies in Mathematics at a Teacher Training College.

With more than seven years of experience teaching in public schools, four years at the university level, and four years of online teaching in Computer Science and Physics, Ms. Hashemi has taught students at various educational levels. Her combination of academic training and practical teaching experience enables her to communicate scientific concepts clearly and support students in developing their knowledge and understanding.

Nilofer Hashemi
Asst. Prof. Muhadisa Hashimi

Assistant Professor Muhadisa Hashimi is a biology educator with extensive experience in higher and secondary education. She completed her degree in Biology at the Faculty of Science, Kabul University.

She joined the Biology Department of the Faculty of Education at Logar Institute of Higher Education as a lecturer, where she taught biology-related subjects for five years. During her academic career, she also published an article titled “A Review of Recent Innovations and Major Challenges in Human Genetics” in the Ainak Scientific and Research Journal.

Ms. Hashimi has continued her work in education through online teaching and currently teaches Biology to students in Grades 7 through 12. She is committed to girls’ education and to expanding educational opportunities for young people, with a particular focus on contributing to the education and development of the next generation.

Masooma Mirzai

Biology | Grades 7 - 12

Masooma Mirzai is a Chemistry educator with academic and professional experience in teaching, laboratory work, and the pharmaceutical sector. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Chemistry.

 

Ms. Mirzai worked as a laboratory technician at the Faculty of Science, Herat University, for two and a half years. She also taught General Chemistry at Khatam Al-Nabieen Private University for one year and has professional experience working in laboratories within pharmaceutical companies.

 

Ms. Mirzai has been teaching Chemistry to students in Grades 7 through 12 at Fyza Education Institute, bringing together her academic knowledge, laboratory experience, and teaching background to support students in developing a strong understanding of Chemistry.

Chemistry | Grades 7 - 12

Naira Sediqi is an educator with experience in teaching, administration, financial affairs, and volunteer activities. She studied Natural Sciences at Kabul University of Education, graduating with an academic achievement of 96.11%.

Since 2023, Ms. Sediqi has been teaching English at Fyza Education Institute. Her experience in education and administration has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, engage with students, and work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Ms. Sediqi is proficient in Dari and English and is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She values education as an important foundation for creating opportunities and contributing positively to the lives of others and the wider community.
